Raised as the daughter of immigrants in Nashville, TN, I learned early on the value of self-reliance and problem-solving. Every challenge I faced became an opportunity to innovate and excel.

At 24, I exceeded my own expectations by taking on a Director role in the tech industry, without prior tech experience. Within my first year, I was the top salesperson, outperforming my older, male counterparts. This quickly emerged as a pattern across my career. As the only woman of color on many sales teams, I've championed diversity and representation, proving that with hard work and determination, success knows no bounds. My approach to leadership is rooted in empowerment and inclusivity.
